If 2022 was all about hitting our stride, then 2023 has been all about getting into our groove! While Artemis still garnered more than 20 new projects and six new clients this year, we really found ourselves settling in to our long-running projects and long-lasting relationships we’ve developed over these past years. Looking back on 2023, Julie feels blessed to have such a skilled and dedicated team working together to make Artemis the success that it is and the key reason that clients keep asking for our support on their projects. In addition, this year we have developed relationships with numerous new skilled biologists throughout the Southwest, from California to New Mexico, who have expanded the services and geographical reach of our Team. Team building and relationship development is always a joy for Tara, with her true pride and dedication shining through with continued support on the SunZia Transmission Project and landing Artemis a significant role on the up-and-coming RioSol Transmission Project. In that same vein, Kyle feels lucky to have witnessed the seasonal and successional changes that come with our long-term projects, excited for getting to explore (ahem…survey) new areas, and grateful to continue working with such great team members, whether it be our small Artemis family or our awesome clients. Loving some of our closest team member relationships, Jasmine thoroughly enjoyed surveying some of our locally incredible and remote landscapes this year amongst a boundless supply of frogs and plenty of humor this summer! And speaking of being in the groove, Stephanie has continued to branch out beyond her original biological consulting roots and continues to enjoy managing and supporting a variety of exciting field efforts.
Wherever this post finds you this holiday season, we hope you too are getting into the groove of things and that includes plenty of health, wellness, family, friends, peace, love, and joy! From all of us at Artemis, thank you for your support this year!
